Burrata with organic olive oil & Flor de Sal d’Es Trenc

Sometimes you don't need many ingredients to conjure up a culinary highlight on your plate. The combination of creamy burrata, our fruity organic olive oil, and the exquisite Flor de Sal from Es Trenc shows how simple Mediterranean enjoyment can be. This recipe is perfect as a starter, light snack, or part of a summer tapas spread.

Ingredients (for 2 people)

- 1 large burrata (approx. 200 g)
- 3 tbsp organic olive oil OLI DE SANTANYI
- 1 tsp Flor de Sal d’Es Trenc
- 1 handful fresh basil or arugula
- A few cherry tomatoes
- A handful of walnuts

Preparation

1. Wash the arugula and place it on a plate.
2. Carefully remove the burrata from the packaging and place it on top of the arugula.
3. Drizzle generously with OLI DE SANTANYI organic olive oil – don't be shy, the oil is the main ingredient here.
4. Season with a pinch of Flor de Sal d'Es Trenc.
6. Optionally, serve with cherry tomatoes, walnuts, or toasted bread.

Serving suggestion

Best served immediately, while the burrata is nice and cool and creamy. The olive oil combines with the filling and salt to create an incomparably harmonious flavor.
